I'm real excited at what this thing could be, but I'd be lying if I said this hard shifting and not wanting to shift from 1 to 2 isn't making me nervous. About to dive into the other forums and hopefully get some more insight from you guys.

Congratulations on snaggin yourseff a baby Pioneer!! Suckers are WAY more comfortable that a "4-wheeler" and so much more versatile. You won't be disappointed. That shifting will smooth out... You just need to get out and put some miles on it, then do that first service job... They tend to be a little "stiff" when brand spankin' new!
