If I remember right, Arkansa was one of the fist Sates if not the first to say it was legal to hunt with a crossbow, then other states legalized them for the handicap hunters and now there legal in most states for every one?

In KY there is a separate crossbow season but if you are over 65 you can use a crossbow during all the archery season, Sept-Jan.
