Welcome from North Carolina. I am waiting on my 1000-5, but did consider the 1000-6. I ultimately decided I wanted the smaller footprint, but definitely want to hear about your experience with it. Like somebody else said, that thing is way too clean - better get it out and run it through its paces!

It's gotten dirty since then but I like to keep it pretty clean, lol. It was purchased to be used duck hunting 99% of the time and ridden around the neighborhood the rest.

A few of the guys in camp have the 1000-5's and they just aren't big enough to comfortably get my son, wife, dog, myself, and gear to where we're hunting with the occasional guest thrown in the mix. We used our 1000-6 the last couple of weeks in January and it was exactly what we wanted.
