I make, and have made, top quality 3d printed door bushings for Pioneer and Talon for the past 3 years. I also make custom cup holders, switch plates, hubcaps, and no longer available parts for older Honda ATVs. If you have a need, or idea, and it can be made from plastic, I can probably bring it to life.

I also make custom car trim for older GM gbody/fbody cars. I also do rapid prototyping, and seem to always have one off custom projects.

I received the mounts that were plastic cut and are too weak to hold up the visor. The design would be great out of aluminum!

Didn't mean to hijack your post. I was asking Smitty about a sunvisor mount another fellow was making. By the way, welcome. I took a look at your website. I think that 3d stuff is cool as hell. Wish I had one.
