I've been lurking for a few weeks while searching for a ride. I just brought home a green 2014 700-2 that has 194 m and 19 hrs, hard top, glass windshield and fabric back. I think I got a good price $9K. I want to add winch, mirrors and lights, any recommendations? What are the shift points for the transmission?

I will post pictures later after I clean off all the dirt and mud from my 1st ride and wipe the grin off my face!

Officially welcome to the club @loosegravel2.
The shift points are hard to describe. Best advice is just to play with it yourself.
The biggest issues seems to be staying in 1st gear when climbing long hills.
This has been a ongoing debate but something you will need to train yourself to learn.

@loosegravel2 Welcome to the Club! Congratz on the new Pioneer! It should serve you well once you learn the peculiarities of how the transmission likes to shift. One of the best tips I have read from others with the P700 is as you approach a significant hill make sure you have slowed down enough for it to shift into first gear to ensure you have enough torque to get you up and over.

Thanks for the warm welcome. The Pioneer has gotten dirtier and I still have the stupid grin. Anyway I found this picture on my dashcam from when I picked up. Please ignore the date its not correct on my cheap dashcam.
