P1000 New P1000 - 3 add ons

Picked up my new 2016 P1000 - 3 with Honda glass windshield and was wondering which side mirrors you guys would recommend. Lost without mirrors for backing up and just everything.

I himmed and hawed about this for quite awhile and finally went with these.

I have had other mirrors on previous SXS and they did not last long. I have been very impressed so far, but the price stings a bit. Lifetime warranty.

My concern is because of the tight fit of the Honda glass windshield and how the mirrors would mount.

The siezmik will fit under the windshield I'm pretty sure. I had them on a P700 and they fit fine.

I used these side view mirrors. They mounted perfectly with the factory glass windshield...

I decided to fork out the extra $ and go with the Seizmik Pursuit aluminum that are adjustable(I had heard Seizmik had a great warranty). They also have synthetic pairs that aren't adjustable that are cheaper. I also had to replace my Honda rear view due to light bar install. I went to Seizmik also. During installation I broke the shaft where the ball meets the socket on the mount. I did it, plain and simple. I had heard of Seizmik's warranty and gave them a call. I told the guy I talked to exactly what happened and he just asked for my name and address. I was waiting for an amount due and he said he'd have them out that afternoon, NO CHARGE. Go with who you wish but I have found that customer service makes up a LOT of my decision.
