So to keep cold out, got it 🤦♂️ you're in Canada...... I believe @CumminsPusher made some for his rig a while back. Maybe he's got some pointersEither upper or full. I have OEM glass front window, roof and sliding back window.
Did you make a frame then cover with metal?Ya I did a set. Bit time consuming but not really too bad. When I did them there was nothing available and I had chopped the cage so was only option.

Actually the front doors were a dense plywood fiberglassed over. The rear doors and back window I went different route with expanded pvc sheet. The plastic was much easier to work with and quicker but had to be slightly reinforced with aluminum angle.Did you make a frame then cover with metal?
Are you still using the plywood front doors or did you change to PVC?Here’s where I started the project. Excuse the banter, we all use to bs a lot lol.
Might be some ideas that would work for you in different ways. Most important thing is to build an easy template with whatever material you might decide on.

Front doors were done with ply but hand laid fiberglass over them. Tbh that was a pain to do and quite frankly overkill. Just a dense plywood would be fine, someone would just have to make sure they are sealed from the elements. I never changed them up. Like said the rear is expanded pvc which is much more expensive but very easy to work with. Are you still using the plywood front doors or did you change to PVC?
