Ya I did a set. Bit time consuming but not really too bad. When I did them there was nothing available and I had chopped the cage so was only option.

Did you make a frame then cover with metal?
Actually the front doors were a dense plywood fiberglassed over. The rear doors and back window I went different route with expanded pvc sheet. The plastic was much easier to work with and quicker but had to be slightly reinforced with aluminum angle.

Might be some ideas that would work for you in different ways. Most important thing is to build an easy template with whatever material you might decide on.

Are you still using the plywood front doors or did you change to PVC?
Front doors were done with ply but hand laid fiberglass over them. Tbh that was a pain to do and quite frankly overkill. Just a dense plywood would be fine, someone would just have to make sure they are sealed from the elements. I never changed them up. Like said the rear is expanded pvc which is much more expensive but very easy to work with.
