im cutting plastics today trying for 6 sets worth buy its snowing/ freezing rain out and my plastic sheeta are outside lol

@Montecresto i dont think ull have a prob with my bracing now lol all out takes 12hrs per set for 300 with shipping im making about 180 per set little over 10 an hr not good lol but im doing it have almost 10 sets preped

Doing nothing but cutting and bending conduit one day, cutting up bracing plates another day, cutting and finishing door skins/panels another day, welding up frames another day, grinding and priming another day, etc., etc. will reduce the time spent per unit. Henry Ford discovered this over a hundred years ago and the concept has never been improved upon. And yes, I very much like the bracing you have on there now. They are looking real good. It's nice that you have this talent that lets you make side money, and provides a benefit to us forum members. I suspect that soon you'll be wearing the club contributor badge.

The smooth look of the doors on your P5 are preferred. If the skins must be bolted then they should at least be carriage bolts for the asthetics sake.

Any room to radius that front corner at all? You can't with the frame and door latch but maybe the skin?
