Paint degassing

Wondering if anyone has experience with modern automotive paints and clear-coats?

Used to after painting, you had to wait three months to let the paint or clear coat to "degas" before waxing, now use ceramic coating.

Is this still true?

Really depends on the paint,they are always different, and heat it’s been exposed to afterwords. In the summer we suggest at least 30 days and in colder months 60 before applying any protectants or clear bra.For you I’d give it at least 30 but always prefer longer.
