I've been looking into gear reductions for our units. Don't think clutch is the problem after talking with many members on the Facebook page.
Found a possibility.
3.38 is the gear ratio for the front and back of the 1000 in he diffs.
Now the 700 is pretty much only a 2 percent reduction in gears if they were to be swapped out.
But the pioneer 500 has a front gear ratio of 4.08
If it's possible and the 500's front ring and pinion would fit in the 1000's front and rear that would give us our gear reduction we are looking for.
The gear part numbers for the 500, 700 and 1000 are identical except one number in each one
