P700 Pioneer 700 won’t start

My 2016 pioneer 700-4 will not start. It turns over, but it will not start. I checked the fuel injector, it sprays. I checked the spark plugs and wires, I have spark. I checked the battery voltage and it’s good. I have a sufficient amount of fuel. After trying to crank a few times it throws a 3 long two short blink code. Please help because I really need it for this week.

Run the shift lever through all the gears and back into park a few times. Try to start. Unhook the battery and step on the brake to bleed off any capacitors or whatnot. Not sure if there is any. Let it sit with battery unhooked for 10 minutes then hook it all back up and see what happens.

Is the dash showing a -- or Neutral?

If the dash shows -- it wont start.
