Interesting. I'm looking at a similar setup, starting with the Conex until we can get a 30x60 barn built, and then bridging a lean-to between the barn and container.

Haha..... UP here our roof has to be rated for 70#/sqft or more.

Make sure you account for uplift though, I am not a engineer but I have seen what wind does when it gets underneath.

wind uplift can get so technical (im no roof engineer here but I understand it) - ill make it easy - double the amount of screws on the surface and add as many as reasonable\practical at the edges\perimiter.

the wind is trying to peel steel siding\TPO membrane\rubber roof\etc. off from underneath - just need to do overkill on the perimeter edges and double up on the interior
