P1000 question on 2 piece poly windscreen on the rubber side gaskets.

ok got my roof on finally and now putting on the Honda 2 piece poly hard coat windscreen... I wish Honda had better pics on the rubber side gaskets... I think I have it figured out but when they state left or right they are not telling you if you are facing from the front or sitting in it? normally instructions are written when seated in the unit... they appear to be the opposite I think? or is it me? anyone have a pic of your p1000? showing this in place...I did a search on it and some people have it wrong I believe...

well I guess no one uses the side gaskets that came with the 2-piece kit... install went fine...added one spacer to take the flex out of the windscreen after mounting the center brace mount...

This is how my gaskets ended up after a lot of installing and removing to see how they seemed to fit best. The little flap seems to go behind the roll bar...it is even angled to match the slope.

I am looking to purchase a windshield for our P1K3. I’ve looked at several brands. One that stands out is the two piece flip windshield by SuperATV. It has several good reviews. Biggest complaint I’ve seen is missing parts in shipping. But the service seems good for standing behind what they sell. Does anyone have any experience with this product? Any suggestions for other windshields?
