I'm assuming most here use gmrs same as the Jeep community, I still have a cb since it's there but rarely use it
I'm thinking of installing a full unit with headset in mine. I've used only midland , love there stuff,

What yall think, waste of time just use handheld , hard installed units hold up to the dirt?

Most of this group that ride together use the TYT-8600 or the Beofang handhelds. The UV-9 has been a very reliable unit for the group.

I have the Comsole from utvcom.com. I love the headsets with the in car communications with Bluetooth radio. It also has the car to car radio for the group rides.

Same as Futzin. Have yet to have an issue with them. Very reliable, convenient and affordable.
