My father and I are wanting to do some serious riding with out kids and all. What are some normal parts that you all see break? TIe rods, axles, ball joints? Do we need gear oil or axle grease, rubber boots tie clamps? A WElder lol This is besides tires and plugs/air compressor or jack. He is linking me axles and tie rods wanting to know what to buy since he took his be pay out from his 401k and sold his house he has no bills lol lucky guy.

Things I've broke in the last 4 years on my 2 1000s

oil pan... Fixed with reinforced engine cross members

4 tie rods, still running stock tie rods and rack
6 or 7 cv boots none since removing my a-arm guards
3 upper control arm bolts front driver side Everytime
1 ball joint
2 front brake calipers
2 front rotors broke off the hub when the calipers went through the wheels
1 front knuckle bent when the caliper mount broke
2 flat tires
2 cracked wheels
Crushed 1 roll cage... Oops.

I typically carry 2 inner tie rods and 2 upper control arm bolts and have a spare tire on the trailer.

Edit: I've bent 5 front lower a-arms and 2 uppers. I haven't damaged a Superatv arm yet though.

We are getting parts together just incase. Because we want to do things my family can't do since they don't like to be stuck or blocked for hours. lol I took a screen shot to show my father so he knows what to possibly buy use and be ready Thanks Todd
