First time even in a forum! Bear with me. I thought I read enough to make the right decision in other forums and reviews but apparently there isn’t a 1 size fits all response. So I decided to finally upgrade my stock wheels and tires off my 2016 1000-5 deluxe. Like I said earlier, dove deep into the wormholes of forums and reviews trying to see what was the best set up for the money and not adding any kind of crazy lifts. Thought I found the right combination but it turns out, it wasn’t! I replaced the Bighorns (27x10-14 rears and 27x9-14 fronts) with all the way around 28x10-14 System 3 XTR370’s on 5+2 offset ITP Hurricanes. I mistakenly ordered the same size spacers (1.5”) for all 4 as well so I just threw them on anyway. Stock suspension and no other shock or arm mods. Just the wheels and spacers. And wouldn’t ya know it, fronts rub now. Looks really good but….Looking for an answer! Help! Forward a-arms? New suspension? Thoughts?

  2. Talon X LV
I just upgrade the wheels/tires on my Talon which resulted in the factory wheels from my Talon going onto my 2018 P1K5D. I also went with the System 3 wheels and 30" tires on mine (all 4 tires are the exact same size). The offsets used are 6+1 in the front and 4+3 on the rear with no spacers. This maintains my factory tracking. So my pioneer has 15" wheels now with that same offset, 28" tires and no spacers as well. 28 in x 9 in tires in the front and 28 in x 11 in tires in the rear. I have no rubbing on the Pioneer. Pioneer suspension is still as it came from the factory.
