I can deal with snow but the rain on top of the ice just makes more ice. I have 3-4" of ice in places...mostly in the shade where the sun doesn't hit to warm the ground under the ice. 3 weeks to Spring...someone tell the arctic and BC to not send more cold air....save that for August.looks good. don't want any more snow here.
looks more like an apartmentOur 2015 P700 has been a great machine. Used mostly in chores around the place, here hauling firewood from the woodshed/deer stand up to the house. Hauls about 1/3 cord at a time without breaking a sweat.

Thanks, started out as a wood shed then the idea of putting a blind between the roof and the firewood came to mind. Meant originally for bow season alone, hence the long vertical windows.Wow dannyboy that is a sweet deer stand!!!
Thanks man, The Mrs has suggested I move in there some days.looks more like an apartment
And here I thought I had a sweet stand. Mine was 4'x8' with a trap door and windows on all 4 sides. A kerosene heater kept it pretty comfy and I had an alcohol stove that I could make meals and coffee or whatever. It was high enough to easily use a 4' bow or whatever else ya brung. It was on the edge of a powerline right of way with a1/4 mile shot possible either way. Out front was my neighbor's property, and we were on good terms and he wanted to have all the deer wrapped and frozen and not in his bean or corn fields. In the back was my property...I was right...it was SWEET, and I miss it.Thanks man, The Mrs has suggested I move in there some days.
This "stand" is 8' x 16' and is capable of accommodating 4 defenders (hunters). Wisconsin whitetails are a large hostile army and need to be controlled and made into steaks, roasts and burgers. We do our best. And here I thought I had a sweet stand. Mine was 4'x8' with a trap door and windows on all 4 sides. New SXS owner from Florida! Just purchased a 2022 Pioneer 700-4 and we are very happy with it! Already looking into some upgrades but having trouble finding stuff that works for the 22. I understand they haven't changed much from the 21 but still nervous about pulling the trigger on a few things.
