Caribou is probably my favorite ride. I went 114 miles and saw 2 other sxs all day. Normally I never see anyone.
Great looking place love your set up“Home is where you park it!”
This weekend home is Elsie Lk. Our friends @HoundDog and @DeputyDanger have been talking about this place since they found it. So far it’s been incredible. Looks like lots of true sxs trails so that’ll be weird. We’re use to single track but wth it looks legit

The family is behind me a bit,my dog Pincher and I are only ones here currently. Nothing but coyotes in the background. Wife and daughter staying but I’ve got to head back at 4am for work tomorrow then I’ll be back for the weekend.
Love having girls that are tough enough to want to spend to time in a new place with no one around. I was going to leave tonight but screw it morning will work.
Thank you my friend. It works for us. Actually kinda sucks this weekend, we are at a nice creek spot however we are parked 4miles from the lake. Our friends are seriously worried about trans failure because it’s an uphill climb from here on single lane twisty dirt road. My buddy that owns the wrecking yard says breaking down is very common here and won’t even take the jobs. Says stay away in automatics or anything big.Great looking place love your set up

The van has no problems getting up there it’ll go where most will take a pickup. That’s why we built this rig so it sucks sometimes have to play by others rules. But we’re here!
No very true but I wanted the lake. Van works very well and it’s cheap so not a big deal but it is a bit rough. Not as plush as most people need but you’re old school like me. Doubt it would bother you a bit. You are very good with your hands you should build something. I know it would be better then anything I’d make4 miles in Honda is nothing I would love to have something like the van
