I would imagine that any you find at auto parts stores would work.

I've been thinking about swapping to an old school grant gt wheel

Just do this and you won't need a steering wheel cover... This is one of the best upgrades I've put on my Honda and it was the cheapest.

My steering wheel is just under 14.5" I tried one from O'Rileys 14.5-15.5 and it was a bit loose so I returned it. I have one in my cart on Amazon like the one you listed. I'll post my results when I get it.
