Does anyone have the Strong Made bumper on a 1000 with a top mounted winch? If so, have you noticed any difference in cooling? I know this is apples and oranges but on any ATV I've owned, the winch seems to block airflow to some degree. Significantly so on a Foreman 400 and a Grizzly 660. I've only owned my Pioneer for less than a month and am just starting to move forward to make it a machine that works for my uses (farm, hauling, pulling implements, snow plowing) which are typically low speed/high torque. Very little rough trail or mud use. If it weren't for snow plowing, I doubt I would even consider a winch or the bumper. For the plow, I want the spool accessible and high up to provide better geometry.

Kind of off topic, I'm really impressed with traction on this machine. I'm able to climb most non-muddy steep areas in turf mode.

I'm not running a Strong Made bumper but same idea. I have not noticed any difference in cooling and it consistently runs at 2 bars on the temp gauge. I will highly recommend the cooling fan override kit from the club store. For some reason every once in awhile the cooling fan never came on and it got hot. This has only happened 3 times but with the switch I'm covered.

I ran the Strong Made front bumper and top mounted 4500 # winch on my 2016 P1K5D for nearly 10K miles without issue. That said you must keep your radiator clean, also noted the current Pioneer 1000's have a much improved cooling system.
