My 10 year old boy has his very 1st deer hunt starting next Friday here in Arizona. So I thought I'd put my new 700 to the test by seeing if I could pull my Jumping Jack camping trailer up into some neat country on a very nasty road. I watched the thermostat like a hawk but it never budged. I went up and over some really steep and rocky stuff but she just acted like it wasn't even an issue. I went maybe a dozen miles and up about 1500 vertical feet. I'm not sure how heavy the trailer is but I was excited about getting my trailer close to our hunting area so we wouldn't have to drive an extra hour each day. Looking forward to a good hunt with my boy and my Dad.

Had a great hunt with my son and he shot his first deer at 645 yards. Turns out being bigger than any whitetail I've ever taken here in AZ! Little guy is gonna have a hard time beating this one for a while. What a cool experience for both of us.

Wow! That's awesome. Congrats.

I've got a 4 year old and 1 year old. I can't wait to get those boys out hunting. The 4 year old already loves hunting for squirrels and crows. He'll really love deer hunting in a couple years.

Thanks again for the pics, it's something to look forward to.

Joe

The Honda worked like a champ of course! I had to go extra slow coming off the mountain, she can pull like a champ but definitely not the best brakes. But I don't care, that's the sweetest most quiet machine I've ever been in!

Congrats!! on the deer. Very nice setup too. It's hard when you get a nice buck i've found myself chasing only the big ones a few years after. You have to step back and just get back to hunting. Yall want company on the next outing?

It's a 6.5 Creedmoor
Wow, don,t know what to say? Kind of awesome and overwhelming, never seen a deer shot at 645yards. Quess I,m old school, what is a 6.5 creed More? Looks like a miniature 50 caliper sniper rifle? Great video, professional quality. Great experience for your boy, will be anothure happy hunter for life.
