Anyone tried this on a 2 seater? Looks like I could use the rear door template for 2 seater.

@trigger hasn’t released the product yet, but I’m sure it will work. My hip was the only thing that got cold when we rode the other day.
Looks like there's a market for them so it has my attention. I'd really like to see these installed first hand before I go shipping them out with my name on them. Got a buddy in the U.P. that I sent some rubber a long time ago for this same mod. Might have to take a ride. 😎

I’d definitely be interested as those cracks seem to allow a LOT of air in. (Maybe I just noticed it because it was 30* for our 70ish mile ride at decent speeds!)

I can get you a pattern, just these 2WD fools that live on the mountain with me can't go 1 mile without getting off the road on ICE. So far I'm at a FedEx truck, Propane Truck, 2 4WD trucks w/ Florida Crackers that didn't know how to lock hubs on a 1995 pickup. An 6 alleged "AWD" SUV's yet I go up and down with abandon, no chains plus dragging their asses.

When I get a break I will take my door seals off and make you a rigid pattern with all the holes and mail it to you.

Can I ask why you drilled those holes behind the door when there are available hardware there already?

Not discrediting your work or idea, just curious.

I did not see any holes present, but I also followed a pre determined path I envisioned by just looking at the layout.
