Materials Needed:
36" x 18" Triggershield Material
24 Honda Fender Clips (Push Pins) - Amazon.com
1. Open Rear Door, Remove both rubber door stops circled in orange, remove four push pins circled in yellow, and Rear Door latch loop.
2. Slide the material with the square vertical side forward towards door and situate material in red outline, under the plastic where top two pins were removed from. Top across should be level and backside should follow angle of B Pillar.
3. With material situated as described drill or cut out holes in material starting at the top for the four push pins, two rubber door stops, and rear door latch bolts.
4. Re-install the push pins, rubber door stops, and rear door latch loop over the material.
If done correctly should appear as below:
5. Open the front door completely and drill FOUR 5/16" holes in the approximate locations shown below and secure material with push pins.
When completed correctly, front door seal should appear as follows with door closed.
REAR DOORS for 4 Seat Versions
1. Drill the 4 holes in body behind Rear Door first and attach the seal material with push pins.
2. Open Rear Door completely and drill 4 holes in backside of door housing. (with door closed push pins would face each other)
3. Form a U shape with material and affix to backside of Rear Door with push Pins.
