Are these a good shock for my P700-2?

I don't have any direct experience with these...but as a general rule, Fox shocks are "good" for anything that didn't come with high-end premium shocks to start with. So if you're willing to pay the price...

A few people have run them on 700's. @swsebek were you running Fox shocks?

Anything of higher quality with adjustability is a very good improvement. Just keep in mind you can only do so much with 7.9 inches of travel in front and 9 in the rear if I remember correctly.

I went with the larger Fox shocks as used on the 1000-P3.

They are well worth the money. Noticeable difference in the ride and handling.

Look into the Bandit supension shocks. A lot of shock for the money. They did not offer anything for the 700 but a while back I contacted them to see if they would build me a pair. I gave them the info and what I was looking for. They accommodated me and I could not be happier. Anything is better than stock. I have has the Commander shocks and elka stage1 also. Have ridden in a700 with Fox. Of those my least favorite was the elka stage 1 but all big improvement over stock . What I am running now has been the best by far. This company is now offering shocks for the 700 on their website. Give it a look. I think the build quality is on par with elka. These are the ones built for me 1675390870130 png

The shocks on their website do not have remote res on them??? Might pick some up anyway i don't go fast or do jumps...just hunting and the occasional trail ride for fun and the stockers are garbage!
No you don't need the reservoirs. But they are comparable to level 2 elka with a longer stroke which the elka wont give. Just another option. Mine were built to specs that I gave them as I wanted them to be a little longer and Stage4 front And 2 rear. I think mine were the first pair built for a 700.
