P1000 Trying to figure out the best switch plate and here to buy for 2021 Pioneer 1000-5

Can't decide on the best way to go on this and where to buy I was a bit surprised the Honda Store doesn't seem to have these. I installing a winch, probably LED light (s) and also the turn single kit/horn etc. Any suggestions on the way to go?

Look up Justin Beatty on FB. He has a page called Pioneer Switch Panels and Accessories. He makes the panels that fit the OTRATTW switches which are a good quality. I’ll look up his screen name for here as well.
