this plow it bolted to ONLY my bumper plate using just 2 3/8th bolts pushing over a foot of snow

That's a sweet lookin pic. Any particular reason you mounted the plow like that?
it was a set up for my rancher that i made fit the p5 and i figured what better way to show the strength of my bumper then to mount the frame to just that alone

You are a bit west of us, but what we received was a very wet snow. The snow blower was only spiting it about 6'. If yours was as wet, all the more of a torture test for that mount.

its started wet first 4is inches then turned into huge light flakes

One of my projects is to make a bracket for my plow on my Rancher(same as yours) so I can us it on my P500. I was looking at mounting it underneath like on the rancher using a piece of flat steel to run from frame rail to frame rail and maybe even use skid plate mounting holes. and then just weld on the tabs to attach the plow.

I love snow and it has missed us in Kentucky this year.

you could run steel across then use long square bolts to hold it to your frame them bolt the mount to that . thats what i was going to do at first

Moose uses a bottom mount. Maybe this could give you some ideas.
