Value of stock tires?

Hello all. Wondering what to do? I want to change my tires and was wondering if the stock tires are worth anything? Right now they have 40 miles on them. I don't have the garage space to just sit on them. Also shipping is prohibitively expensive so probably sell local on CL. What do y'all suppose is the value of them? X4 tires btw.

For what it's worth. I bought a set of new take-offs from a Talon X (2 seater), with 25 miles on them for $200, I really only wanted a front tire for a spare but figured it was a good deal, now I have other spares 🤷‍♂️
