Found this patent tonight.
The description states that the throttle level could be affected by the amount of brake applied conjointly. Such that if the gas and brake are applied equally the brake pressure would maintain the higher level of force. In simple terms, You may no longer be able to power break it.

Well that inventor figured out how to stop the wheelie videos from Pioneers, trying to power brake it overrides the accelerator. LOL Just can't let them idiots have their fun.
