P1000m5 What did you add to/do with your Pioneer 1000 5 today?

I've got the Bad Dawg bumper as well. Mostly like it, though it does sit a bit low across the front of the tires, and is prone to rubbing there.
This is mine when it had 30s and a highlifter arm kit and bracket lift. With the wheels turned, it was this close.

I've got more clearance since I went to the TTC 3" kit, but they'll still rub if compressed and turned

It's actually got a smooth welded seam there, so at least that's not a problem. It hasn't caused any damage.

Thats good Theres no sharp edges.
but im sure prolonged rubbing will cause damage or good hard shock compression. @tr005 had that happen on trail with a bumper he had made similar to that. All was good till he hit a bump and everything compressed and pow! Lol.

I haven’t rubbed yet with 28’s but I keep lookin at it thinkin I should cut it back.

Added a 8" fan under the seat. After much searching on the forum decided to try @Toolmaker67 method of installation. Used a 2" aluminum strap with a 1/2" strap on the back side to make it more ridgid.. Thanks to all for posting pictures of thier fan installs, sure makes it easier when it's project time.

No, I didn't cut an exhaust hole. The 8" fan moves alot of air though. In front of the rear wheel a spider spun a web and I can see it moving with the fan on. Lol I'm going to try it out tomorrow morning before it gets hot. As of now it 91⁰ outside. If anything some vents below the seat might draw more air in the compartment. I also have the under the seat factory fix and a heat sheild.

91 !!! I just shut my woodstove down the other day. Finally hit 60 degrees . I was looking at the boat blower fans. Might try that

Pleased or not? I would like some just to keep crap from getting in my floor board rear. Just hard to justify that amount for plastic. I purchased some abs sheets going to try my hand at making some minor flaps.

I made these for my 1000-3 to keep mud from caking up on the skid plate. It works great.

I did exactly what you did. I ordered a fan switch from the club store for in and out so I could reverse the fan for winter. I added some vents on the front of the seat for heat in the winter.

Good job! Those look similar to the Mud Buster XL Rear Fender flaps, (the forward part), the rear set includes two parts, which I just installed on my '21 SE.

Being fairly mechanically adept, I figured I'd make my own rather than buying them. But time was passing and I finally decided I just go ahead and buy the dang things. Actually, glad I did. Turned out nice. I did substitute rivet nuts and bolts, rather than using the self drilling screws they include for the back portion of the rear fender part.

Fixed the toe issues, they where way off.put the new wheels and tires on, went for a 50 mile cruise and could definitely tell the difference.

Finally got my copilot to go for a ride today since I added the KM3s, Fox shocks and 8" fan under the seat. She was impressed with the ride and handling. It was almost 90⁰ outside and the windshield was down. Heat was very minimal considering the temp outside. I inquired if she would go on more rides and was informed " how much gas will it use if I take it to work? " OH my!!

Went for a gorgeous country ride to a couple neighboring towns, came back and got some munchies to go back to my garage. Put a movie in the garage DVD player, dropped the tailgate and chowed on some wings having a Pioneer picnic.
