i was just looking at the reviews some people did not like them. have you had them before.
Yes and never had a flat. I'm running the Terra Hooks now, still made by ITP. Think there a better all around tire, just not as good in the mud as the Black Waters. ITP makes some great tires!

I've been running them for about 1,500 miles now. 30 x 10 - 15 never rubbed. Overall a good tire, but they have their strengths and weaknesses.

Strengths: Mud!!!, soft dirt, good tread wear, smooth ride on pavement, light weight
Weaknesses: Mainly on loose rocks and gravel they search for traction. Uphill the rear wants to kick out a good bit. I also have Terrabites and they do much better on the loose gravel and rock.

If you're mostly slower speeds in the woods, they work really well.

Ride quality compared to the stock tires is a great improvement. (I run them at 9.5 psi with bead locks)

I have tore one side wall beyond repair with what I thought was not a bad hit. I also got another that I could plug. So, I can't say they have a anything better than average side walls.

I’ve seen a lot of reports of sidewall damage…..

Above par with stock paper mache….. barely.

But if you go slow no problem.

I really don't know how to respond, Other than I'm no stranger to 4 inch sidewall ruptures and they weren't on ITP's. I hit something riding the edges at the TO, didn't bend tie rod, flatten a ITP or damage a rim, but damaged a A-arm mount? After the hit I just knew I blew a tire, nope! ITP's have been good to me. I live in NW Arkansas, nothing but rocks.

I’m running 30” Chicane RX tires (they have a rounded profile) on my R and testing the suspension limits out in the desert, no problems.
