Will 32 inch tires work with no rubbing on a stock talon 1000r? How tall are 32 inch black water evaluation?

yes. the R can even run 35" the X is limited to 30" unless you do forward arms.

thanks someone told me 31 max so if i went with 32 inch black water evaluation i would have no rubbing.

That's correct, you would have no rubbing with a 1000R. As @Killer223 mentioned, the 1000X will likely rub with 32's, but not the 1000R.

My Talon X has 32" Terrabites on them and they do not rub. I am not sure about the black water evaluation tires though.
