It can be time consuming for sure. I started doing it with trailers in high chafing places. We also had issues with critters eating hanging wires and this seems to have stopped that also.I love that idea, sounds like a pita to split, but man what a guard when you’re finished....😎
I ended up using some black duct tape (same color as rops) to just tape a few wires to the bar as it ran up. That kept the wires flat against the bar and they were really unnoticeable a couple feet awayWhat does everyone use to cover accessory wires running along roll cage? I am tempted to try and route internally but don’t want to reduce cage integrity.

I only have 3 wires running up, 2 black and 1 red. I cut the ones I had to, spliced them back together, and slid them in shrink wrap then heated it.What does everyone use to cover accessory wires running along roll cage?
