What does everyone use to cover accessory wires running along roll cage? I am tempted to try and route internally but don’t want to reduce cage integrity.

Hmmm...I hate having a mess of wires visible and those looms I have seen but unless covered up I don’t care for them. 🤨

I love that idea, sounds like a pita to split, but man what a guard when you’re finished....😎

Check out Tesa Tape, it is what some auto manufactures use to wrap harnesses

It can be time consuming for sure. I started doing it with trailers in high chafing places. We also had issues with critters eating hanging wires and this seems to have stopped that also.

I ended up using some black duct tape (same color as rops) to just tape a few wires to the bar as it ran up. That kept the wires flat against the bar and they were really unnoticeable a couple feet away

I only have 3 wires running up, 2 black and 1 red. I cut the ones I had to, spliced them back together, and slid them in shrink wrap then heated it.

I recently bought red wire loom to try my best to hide the wiring but I’m not 100% happy with the look. My cage is red is why I went with red loom, but the tones aren’t exact. I come from the Jeep world and lots of wiring can easily be hidden by the wrap on the roll cage, so I might try this product to see if it will make it look as if it was ment to be there. It’s neoprene and I believe it can be applied to fit snug on the 2” bar.
