Hi everyone, I'm new to the site as of October 2020, and appreciate your insight. I keep my 2021 Pioneer 700-2 inside an enclosed cargo trailer. I have found the environment upon reopening to be damp and at times even water droplets are present on my ride, tools etc. Any suggestions?

Not sure how large they make them but have you considered desiccant packs or maybe rice? Welcome from Mississippi.

It’s more than likely from your machine it’s self.

your trailer is like a little green house...the moisture on the tires / machine is melting and evaporating during the day.

if you have a roof vent or window on your trailer all you need to do is open them.

I use Damp Rid in a unheated mobile home that I use for storage only. Stuff would start getting mold on it until I started using that stuff. Works great.

Got to go one of two ways- vent it or seal it. The air needs to move in and out so not to have big temp changes. Or seal it tight and get the moisture out. These work good for that https://www.lowes.com/pd/DampRid-64-oz-Unscented-Bucket-Moisture-Absorber/50449432

But also don't load it up till it has cooled off. I ran into this with my generator box at our cabin. I would just put it up when leaving. Started to get a lot of moisture because motor was still hot. Now I let it set a hour or more before we leave.

I rented a storage unit once and the lady highly suggested we put a open bag grilling charcoal in the corner and replace every 3-4 months. I being me didnt do it and cannot say whether it would help here or not. Maybe worth a shot though.

I like these as they can be opened and closed. These are for the side walls.

a similar version exists for the roof.

Thanks for the info, Vikes79. I'll check into these.

Like Vikes said, those side vents should do it. My enclosed came with them, one high on drivers side and one low on passenger side. They also serve the purpose of releasing built up gas fumes. That's good enough for cargo but also added a roof vent for when I'm in there.
