Just saw their lift kit for the 1000 if it will allow 30 inch tires that should be good as long as it doesn't effect ride to much.

I will know by next weekend mine will ship out tomorrow along with their front bumper.

The Honda OEM bumper mounts to the bed frame, and tilts with the bed. I had one on the 700 and really liked it. I will probably get this for the 1000.

Yeh but the OEM bumper will do little to protect the actual bed. The strong made looks like it attaches to the main frame.

You are right, but I use the dump bed quite a bit. Having to remove the strong made bumper every time would be a pain. I have never actually ran into anything with the OEM bumper, it has mainly been a spot to hang my reverse light, and display my HONDASXS and Windrock bumper stickers.
OMG, just realized that I won't have a HONDASXS sticker on the new 1000. I have to work on that.

So I was at the dealer I'm going to buy my rig at in a few months looking at a 3P they just got in and some accessories. I was looking at how the factory front bumper goes on and how the Strong Made bumper goes on. Does anyone think or know if you could put both on?

I'm wondering if these two would work together.

Tot it bolts over the top of the stock bumper or did I miss the question?

I knew it bolted over the top, but the pictures show it with the factory bumper, not the brush guard bumper. I wasn't sure if the SM bumper would work with the brush guard bumper. The bracket on the SM bumper looks like it would hit the brush guard where it meets the main bar.

I figured that out after my post sorry, It looks like to me the bracket that attaches to the stock bumper is notched on the top outside corners to fit that bumper also but I could be wrong. Good question.

Based on that picture I would say no the Strong Made bumper would not fit onto that one.
That's what I was thinking. I'm curious if you could cut the bracket of the SM bumper to fit around those bars. I guess I'll have to get try it out down the road
