Well, I’ve told many that I’ve always wanted one and I found a deal that was to good to pass up, so here I am!

She’s not new and that’s OK. She comes equipped with a few basics but for the most part it’s a blank slate:)

I feel bad because I found evidence that a nice family of field mice were living large in the P5, but alas it couldn’t last:(

I wouldn’t want them to drown and now that the Mini-Beast is mine it would have been inevitable. So here are a few pics...

Going to be cool watching you build another!

I have a good foundation to work with! I like that it came with the roof and wind deflector and I am a huge fan of the Rip Saw RT and these are almost new! The rims would not be my first choice but they will do for now! No modifications have been made to the plastic or frame which is ideal!

Before I come up with a plan for the Mini-BEAST I am going to have to run it and get a feel for how it handles. This will give me a good idea on weight distribution to support best handling.

Going to check all fluids tomorrow and run it to the car wash if time allows! With Christmas right around the corner I may have to devise some temporary mods to deal with the elements, lol:eek:

I made some time today to check over the P5, cleaned up the filter a bit and reinstalled it and checked the fluids.767E2647 0226 4D86 9A26 178D6D86D7A7
Then ran it to the car wash to get rid of the remnants of the mouse mansion

Then ran it on the highway about 7 miles to get it home so I could reinstall the factory skids

Beautiful ride even if I had to take the highway to prevent snow buildup underneath!

Needless to say the ride to the car wash was not on the road but in the ditch pegged out!
Jumped a few approaches and was pleasantly surprised how well the P5 handles!

Yep , rev limiter!........I assume that's what your describing
It seemed like it was ok for about 3-4 miles and then it almost sounded like it was running out of gas. Lasted a second and then came out of it. It may have been that but I’m going to run some sea foam through it. Thanks!

As soon as it hits 40-42 mph , is when it will start to cut out.
