All,
My wife is on me for a windshield and roof for our 2015 700-4Honda Pioneer. I mean I have only put it off for 8.5 years. I will go with an oem roof. However I want a glass windshield not poly. I also want it vented as it gets hot here in the summer and I would drive the SxS all over. She doesnt like going to my folks house for example due to taking bugs in the face. I have been looking for a windshield that will allow some air movement. Ive looked on Rocky Mountain ATV etc. Is there a glass vented windshield out there?

My choice is the SATV glass with vents on the bottom. Works good for me.
Your gonna get tons of options with this question that will make your head 🤯 If you want to avoid that, just use the search up top, there is alot of threads exactly like this with the same answers. Good luck and come back and post up pics after you get it installed! Dont leave us hanging like Epstine! 😉

I assume SATV you mean the super atv one with the vents at the bottom. It says they dont have one to fit my machine.

Yeah thats the one.
My bad, i didnt see you have a P7. Might be a challenge then.
Just did a quick search, not much for P7’s in that department. EMP was one mentioned.
If you dig a bit deeper in the search you might find more.
That said, why not the SATV flip like a majority of folks get to have the best of both worlds
(VH quote btw🤟🏻)
Unless your planing on putting doors and a heater in?

Ive looked at emp but it looked like you would have to remove them to get air flow. Id still like to get air without taking june bugs to the face.

Unfortunately, with any vents on a sxs windshield its possible and will happen! It still have from time to time in my Talon.
Ware a gator and goggles when riding problem solved!
Also keep in mind, its gonna get way hotter inside with glass. Make sure you have mod to remove access's heat. If your wife is like the rest ours, shed gladly take a bug or two than roast inside. Ladys dont do well with heat just sayin. Mine becomes Mr Hyde with excess heat in the cab! Just food for thought. Youve been warrned🤣

I have a full glass Honda windshield and have though about putting openable trailer vents like these on my roof above each side. I just can't convince myself to put a hole in a good roof. I'v
e read when open they bring in alot of fresh air.

I've messed with the SATV lower windshield for 2 hours. I assumed it would sit tight with the unit, but there are some small gaps. Is this normal?

Completely normal. I was going to add that you will not get a solid air tight flt on a P700, and you will always have some airflow.

Any of you guys have this problem and a remedy? I've tried rotating the clamps, etc and it don't want to go unless you are supposed to just manhandle and flex the windshield.

U have to loosen ALL the clamps and the shock brackets at the same time fiddle fart around and make adjustments. Its a PITA but its the only way.

Well just got done trying that. I still can't make it work. I can literally run a nuclear reactor, but can't make the windshield on the SxS close all the way properly.
