Another anecdotal story he has, "We did Nebraska today in 4.5 minutes, that's the only way to cross Nebraska if you've ever driven it."

I can attest to that, 455 miles across 7.5 hrs at 70mph no stopping . Whew, eyeballs be floatin.

Yes, it's worse. Only one sign saying scenic view and all there is around is a gravel pit. And the inescapable smell of cows*** for hours.
