I stacked my tools and things over a year ago now and to be honest I forgot what I had on board my pioneer. I wanted to make sure I wasn't missing anything so I pulled everything out. Here's the list.
Extra spark plug
150 watt power inverter
Flashlight extra batteries
First aid kit
Wire
Tire gauge
Hatchet
Folding shovel
WD-40
Electrical tape
Wire and connectors
Zip ties
Adjustable wrench
Vice grip
Pliers
Cutters
Screw drivers
Sockets and driver for wheels ect.
Tire pump 12v 5amp
Tire slime
Tire plug
Rags
2 sets of work gloves
2 D-ring
2 snatch block
Steel tow cable
2 tree saver straps
Utility bag
Missing?

98% of this is stored in my under good storage bin. The spark plug, flashlight and first aid are in my cargo frame bag. The under good bin is maxed out but there is plenty if room still in my cargo bag and I haven't touched my bin under the driver seat. Working on a glovebox for more "convenient" storage.

What do you have and how are you able to store it and still have room for everyday use?

How do you like the bag on the roll bar? I've thought about getting one when I get my Pioneer and storing tools and emergency items in it. I also want to get a waterproof container to put stuff in under the seat on the driver's side of the 1k 3P.

The cargo bag on the roll cage is great! I have my first aid and stuff I don't want wet. But I will say, the under hood storage is a must if you carry a decent amount of gear. I have found it to be water tight thus far but I have not totally submerged it. It holds a ton as you saw from my pics. I have a little storage under the seat but it's a pain lifting the seat.
So I would say the underhood storage is a must. The cargo bag is great for easy access while driving and I am currently building a glovebox that I think will be great.

This is an area where I need to improve. I mainly just carry recovery equipment and a leatherman. My plan is to add a spare tire/carrier, jack of some kind, and some basic hand tools. It's a tough trade off though, I want to be prepared yet I don't want to be overly weighed down.
Of all the stuff you carry, what have you used the most? What have you never used?

Used all my recovery gear couple times. Used a couple minor things from first aid. Luckily have never had to use the spare tire or puncture tools. You should always have a spare spark plug even if you have never fouled one out.

Good call on the plug. Now I'll have to check and see if I threw the old one in the glove box when I changed it last. Seems like I did...

So I was on a thread last night. And someone had put a 3 gallon trash bin under the seat for storage. I can't find the thread now to post. But I did go get the 3 gallon trashcan and put it under the seat. I had a small Tupperware there before but the can is way bigger. I can put a jacket or change of clothes. The person in the original thread stored their recovery gear in it.
It does not fit perfect but it does fit and the seat snaps back in with out any modification. The bottom of the can does sit right up snug against the brake line but I don't see it being a problem. I will post a pic when I go back outside. Or maybe someone can post a link to the original thread.

FYI: it was a 3 gallon oval trash can

Nice. I think we have all said or thought at one time that there is a serious lack of storage on these things. Sounds like you solved that problem!

I decided to add a 12v air compressor to my trail gear. Seemed like a good idea as I'm not sure how reliable my hand pump is. Plus it makes changing air pressure to match conditions much easier to do. And only $50 from Rocky Mountain atv, can't go wrong!
