I just bought some 30 inch outbacks looking at getting the TTC 3 inch A arm lift.
I was wondering, what kind of ground clearance I would be looking at and what your guys thoughts were with that combo I don’t go through deep mud holes, but just want clearance to go over stuff. Is it too much or just perfect?

Even with a Super Atv lift and arched arms, the 6 seater we built would rub 30s at full lock.

So I had 28’s on my Pioneer. Had Fox shocks for a better ride that obviously didn’t help with clearance. It wasn’t perfect, but I got around just fine even on some rough trails here in Tennessee. The 30’s will rub without suspension mods. Not sure exactly what you are looking to achieve but maybe a 28” might be an easier option.

I’m just trying to figure out if I should just get shocks and SATV an arms to clear stuff or I have to get the TTC in the 3 inch lift to clear stuff. I just don’t want it to be super jacked up setting way up in the air. If I’m making sense. Here

I will eventually be going with the TTC 3 inch or long arm. You could go with the TTC o lift and still clear 30s but with the Super ATV some 30s will rub. If you just want to run 30s with no rub get the TTC forward arch with no lift

Our forward arms should help clear a 31". That's if you are using stock wheels and the included steering stops. If you don't use the steering stops, you may get a little rubbing, but it won't be bad. Most guys don't use them anyway. Just be aware of your axles/tires and full drop and full turn. Do that before adding a lift. You'll get the extra ground clearance without effecting your ride quality.

Atlas Pro arms: Honda Pioneer 1000 Atlas Pro 1.5" Forward Offset A-Arms

Standard forward arms: Honda Pioneer 1000 High Clearance Forward 1.5" Offset A-Arms

No one can really answer your question. You say you, "just want clearance to go over stuff." Some stuff you will clear and some stuff you wont. Whatever you add will improve clearance. It becomes important for the driver to be a good judge of the lines they take to set their machines up for success. Good luck with your setup!

We built a 6 seater with the SuperAtv 3 inch lift, their 1.5" foward arms front and rear and some 32" System 3 XTR370 tires and they rubbed at full lock when turning on flat ground, we clearanced the inner fenders and it still rubbed at full lock but not bad.

I have 30” xtr370s, SATV arched arms, 1” spacers in the front (1.5” in rear) and fox shocks (on a 22 P1K5) and rub slightly in the front at full lock. Full discloser, The SATV arms came with a steering collar that I did not install.

What does the steering stop look like? My 1000-6 is running the sat arms and I'm running 30" trail saws. Dealer installed. They rub the inside at full lock. Not sure what the collars souls look like.

They are just a pice if plastic kinda C shaped like a thick washer. You have to pull back your steering boot to get to them.

If your rubbing, Im assuming you ment SATV arms? Do u have stock shocks? You will need spacers with those 30’s to stop the rub also depending on the wheel and offset you have with that. Aftermarket shocks will help and should be must with those arms and bigger tires. The stock shocks will limit u as well.
Also, dont forget to hit reply or tag the person your responding to.

They are raceline wheels. Not sure of the offset. Going to try rough country m1s this winter.

I hadn't quoted before, because I thought it was general enough question about that limit color. No worries though. Thanks for the info.

No problem. Just trying to help get people answers. ALWAYS hit reply or tagg @nitrotmann
For example so they get a notice unless your welcoming someone on an intro thread, thats a bit different. Most guys like myself have notifications off for following threads cuz we are on alot or our notifications would blow up😂

One way or another Id get some spacers. @RB3offroad is a vender here that can help u out. There wide track bundle is nice. I have them on my P1 with SATV arms and 30’s with MSA wheels 0 offset. Made a huge difference and fixed the trac on the rig.
I also have fox shocks and adjusted preload to help as well once I fine tuned it.
U didnt say if u have stock shocks, Fox’s or others?

They are stock shocks. Shocks are my most missed option from the Talon x4 live valve I traded in for my 1000-6.

Thanks for the heads up about the rb3 kit. I'll have to check it out.

I would think about some shocks as soon as you can that are adjustable for preload.
Word to the wise, dont over think the shocks😉
