I lost mine in my driveway when installing. I made a spacer from a piece of brake or fuel line and used a separate washer. I later found a similar part at a local hardware dealer. Hope it helps my dealers had nothing for me.

Does anyone know the part numbers for the newer style 2 piece Pioneer windshield? It has a different mounting/opening style that is much better. I would like to swap out the old parts for the new ones. Looking for numbers 3, 4, 6, 19, and 20 in particular. Or just 19 and 20 would work too.

Before I saw the upgrades on the new windshields, I bought a set of different extenders from PBR products. I haven't really run them much last summer because we just ended up pulling off the upper section but I think we should really like them this spring. One thing we had trouble with was the bushings they send and the factory ones. We watched their Youtube video on the install but ended up moving them around to get everything to line up. Might be worth a try.

The slot is too big, the hole is too big, the hole is too close to the slot. Etc. etc. See attached pics. I am going to use them as a pattern to cut out a set of my own with my plasma cutter. I will make the slot narrower and move the hole. I just thought if I could get the newer mounting hardware that it would be easier. I sent them a PM on Facebook and no reply. I commented on one of their posts about it and they deleted my comment and then blocked me from commenting. So as far as I am concerned, I will never do business with them again and will never recommend them to anyone. Poor workmanship and very poor customer service!!!

I had a similar experience. Would never buy from PBR products again. Their ad on eBay said fits all P1000. It didn't fit the OEM windshield that came on my '21 SE. Ater I returned it, they changed their ad and refunded all but $7 and change (shipping). I explained it wasn't my fault their ad was wrong, but they refused to refund the balance. Crappy business practice.

Oh, and the cutting on the steel parts was sloppy and rough, needed to bush the holes smaller etc.
