I searched for info on this.......... but all I got was lift kit threads.....I want to use my car lift for the Pioneer....is there a recommended area to lift the 1000-5 on a 2 post car lift...I saw a video on youtube where one was on a lift....... but I couldn't tell exactly where the arms were positioned....I assume it could be under each corner of the main frame.

Your assumption is correct. @joeymt33 could probably snap a picture for you. He does it all the time.

Because of the skid plates, I can pretty much place the lift anywhere I want to. But I still try to position it under the two main frame rails of the vehicle.

In some cases the lift baby in the way so you can pull the vehicle over on its side or pick it up straight from the front to gain access for maintenance.
