P1000 1000 post engine rebuild, dct relearn wont take

2018 pioneer 1000-5 just had engine rebuilt, new fluids and flushed with more new fluids. Can't get it to take the relearn. Anyone else with an 18 up, what does your seat belt light do when you turn ignition to the on position? Mine blinks once.

These is what it looked like when I bought. Had a rattle in engine. Replaced crank rods bearings and wrist pins. Sand caused wear on rod bearings.

do u have your seatbelt bypassed?
Where are u getting your relearn procedure from?

Seatbelt isn't bypassed that I know. All the relearn procedure videos I've saw has 5 fast seat belt indicator blinks, mine has none.

It came with a dynojet flash tuner and fcp tunes. Dct was performing correctly before the rebuild
