2009 Big Red not starting

My big is not starting, battery is good, fuel pump turns on, fuses are good, put in a new battery, stated after sitting for several hours, then nothing again. Not even turning over when quits. All dash and headlights come on correctly. Any ideas?

You say the motor is turning over or is not?

Is the starter relay shooting enough amps down the line?

The motor is not turning over.

Rotated around the relays located in the fuse box.

Are you getting power to the starter when key turns to crank?

If yes.
How many volts and amps?

If acceptable.
Pull starter out and see if it runs from a 12v source.

If yes.
Check to insure crankshaft spin manually?

If yes.
Then im stumped!

If no,
something is locking motor up.

It appears to be the starter, if I tap the starter prior to starting, it goes, new starter I guess

Yep. Time for a rebuild or new one.
