Pretty sure that part is on both the 2016 and the 2017.

None of the 16s have the new deflector.

The picture shown is the rubber flap forward of the shifter. It's on the 16 and 17.
I know the radiator deflector was new. I'm pretty sure I was one of the first guys to add it.
