Bought it brand new. Sat up a while and the Green Neutral Light is not coming on. We think a rat may have chewed a wire or wires but we don’t know where to start looking. The battery is good.
Any ideas?
Thank You

Cant speak about 2019, but I can on a 2012.

I would look at the gear position sensor. It is a 2 wire sensor and its job is to tell the unit if it is in gear or in N.
It wont crank unless it is in N. So find that.

Its the wire/sensor right above the sproket.
Follow it back to the connector, there are several connectors there.
A 2 wire, a 3 wire, and a 4 wire.
Check them all.
Keep following the 2 wire back.
1 wire goes to the starter, the other goes to the ICM.

Well, hope that helps you get started.

Thank you! Will definitely check there first!

Well, I found the PROBLEMS. The culprit was a damn rat(s)!!! Gonna try to splice several wires tomorrow and get it fixed. I’ll post back how everything goes. If splicing the wires doesn’t work, I’ll have to bite the bullet and buy the $205 wiring harness. Here are 4 pics of the chewed wires under the seat!! The little s.o.b. even chewed on the rubber band battery hold down thing!!! 🤬

That always sucks when it happens. At least you figured it out and it is repairable. Bummer though regardless. 😔

Well we got’er fixed this evening! Gonna put fresh gas, install a new spark plug, clean the air filter, and change the oil to freshen it up a bit but overall it runs good! Also had to buy a new battery ($90 at O’Reilly Autoparts with a discount!!) The old one wouldn’t take a charge.

Yesterday I did all the maintenance to it. Changed the oil (Pro Honda GN4 10w-40), installed new spark plug (NGK CR7HSA), drained the gas and added fresh, checked the air filter, lubricated the chain (Maxima Synthetic Chain Lube), and aired up all tires to 3 lbs.

Fired right up and ran perfect!
***I REFUSE to let it sit up again!***

Now I have to get my nephew’s TRX 90X going. It’s the other one that can be seen in the video. The main thing it needs is the battery to be charged and an oil change. Maybe a spark plug but not sure yet.
