The turbo was installed at the Jackson Racing facility in Chino, CA with 450 miles on the Talon.
I’m 73 and selling all for private reasons.
The truck has new front tires 5/23.
All new brakes and rotors including new parking brakes 5/23.
New lower ball joints, idler arm, Pittman arm and alignment 5/23.
Transmission, transfer case and rear end service 5/23.
A Reese 20k 5th wheel hitch and 2.5” receiver rear hitch.
Rancho adjustable rear shocks and air bags. Bilstien front shocks.
There’s a custom modular UTV, ATV, etc. rack with winch that allows the 5th wheel hitch to remain in the bed during transport to a trailhead.
Carfax is available.
The trailer has 3 Queen size beds, a larger than Queen loft bed and fold out couch bed.
All new tires 3/21. Six wheel disc brakes with a reinforced frame and heavy duty springs for safety.
New awning 9/20 with electric control. New roof 9/16.

You didn't indicate miles on the OD (I assumed 150K), but a 2005 GMC 3500 Crew Cab Dually with the 6.6L Turbo Diesel in 'Good' condition shows up in KBB at between $14.5K and $17.3K private sale ($ adjusted for Orange County, California).

I’d say absolutely not. Probably just wants to sell his stuff. Seems fair to me.

If someone is interested they can always make an offer.
I would also reduce the price if someone was interested in both the truck and trailer. However, I wouldn’t sell the truck before the trailer because I may need it to transport the trailer.
