Check the 2 exhaust heat shield clamps on each header pipe. I've had the rattle twice when the shield broke and when the clamp was loose

Thanks for the info. I tried that and they were tight. Someone else suggested putting 4oz of Lucas oil in the sub trans and that seemed to have done the trick.
