We had an awesome day, no issues except cold. Had a krx riding with us with no windows , no cab, dude about froze.

Ride details for the two days:

Day 1: Trail 4 to waterfall on trail 4, 8, 1, 23, 22, 16, 21, 1, Johnson Cave, 1, Flat Rock, 40, 47, 40, 44, 1, 29, 28, 25, 27, overlook on 27, 27, 2. 12.8 miles, 5 hours 44 minutes. 40 and 47 are awesome and if you go you should do these.

Day 2: Trail 1 to Bryant Cove Church to AC Cave, back to church to trail 1, 29, 31, 29, rock yard (play ground) on 29, 29 back to 1. 22.75 miles, 8 hours 35 minutes. Couple more good trails at on this trip 29 and 31 that are often overlooked.

Just so it's documented somewhere, from Coalmont parking lot using trail 1 to AC cave is just under 3 hours taking your time. This could easily be done in 2 hoursish if you can hold your bladder and keep you're mouth shut, neither of which I can do!

I've had a hell of a day, 3am fell out of camp cot, face first in floor. Got up, made coffee and a smoke then the hellish headache started. I managed to load up by 430. Started home, made it to chattanooga , stoped at I don't remember and passed out. Think it was a Hardee's, manager woke me up, told me to leave, I was in all the parking spots longways, left with head hurt so bad eyes pouring , got on 64, stopped at a gas station, woke up at 7, some lady tapped on the window of truck, she thought I was on dope 9r some shat.
I'm finally home, beyond exhausted,, blood vessel in left eye busted. Didn't know ut till wife seen me. In bed, writing this, ,,,, thinking.
