I know that I have read where someone used the cupholders from Academy Sports. I purchased a pair of them this week as well as a couple of cushions for the rear seats. I removed the original cupholders and these fit in the same hole without modification. I did put some Gorilla mounting tape at the top of the cupholder where it fits in the hole to make it even more secure. It will now hold any Yeti or Rtic cup I have tried.....maybe not tight......but they will fit nonetheless . The cupholders were in the boating section and were $2.99 each. The cushions I bought were Game Winner brand and were $7.99 each. They fit snug in between the seat belt buckles and also fit in the floorboard for storage when not in use. The covers even come off if you wanted to wash them.

cushions look good.
as for the cup holder, have u takin the rig for a good trail ride with that tall mug in there yet?
No I haven't, it's a little sloppy with the big tumbler, but it does fit. I didn't have that option with the orginal cupholder. When I get time I think I will 3D print a ring for the cup out of flexible tpu to make for a tighter fit. I have the Superatv split windshield and the cup will fit though.

why not cut the hole bigger like rest of us did so the insert fits flush down in and your cup is more sturdy? just a thought.

This is what I did also. About 2 minutes per hole with a deburring bit in my cordless drill. Without them down it was hard to get the cup out without hitting the windshield.

I think I have the same rear pads. They work really good for kids.

Good idea, but I would need therapy before I could do that. I just rolled over 100 miles, had machine less than 2 weeks. I had a difficult time talking myself into the rear door storage mod. At least there I could cover if I made a mistake. Most of the time if I were to use the bigger cup it would probably be just road riding. I think you guys did a really nice job on yours. If I come up with an alternative to wet pants, I'll post it.:)

Yeah I saw those but really wanted to avoid cutting the dash. Thanks for the suggestion though. I've got a 3d printer, just need to take some time and try some other things.

I printed a band for my big tumbler with flexible filament. It tightens the cup up in the hole, without cutting the dash. Maybe not the best solution, but, is ok for me for now. Doesn't necessarily keep it from being top heavy, but it's better than a sharp stick in
the eye.
